Key Responsibilities:
-Provide day-to-day technical support for end-users (desktops, smartphones, tablets, printers, and hardware)
-Assist with remote communications, connectivity, and troubleshooting
-Organize and prioritize tasks to meet established SLAs (Service Level Agreements)
-Document root causes of issues and suggest changes to prevent future outages
-Maintain up-to-date knowledge of policies, procedures, and IT systems
-Perform tasks related to server and network troubleshooting via calls or onsite support
-Support and troubleshoot basic LAN WAN setups, performing hands-on tasks as required
-Handle upgrades and repairs of PC hardware and infrastructure (printers, workstations, switches, etc.)
-Manage and resolve tickets through systems like Service Now
-Maintain and troubleshoot infrastructure, including SCCM MECM and Active Directory
-Provide timely updates and communication with clients and management
-Work under deadlines and complete tasks on time
Requirements:
- Availability for travel in the area
-3-4 years of End User Support experience
-Knowledge of Azure Cloud, SCCM, Active Directory, Microsoft Intune, and Microsoft 365
-Basic understanding of LAN WAN setups, anti-virus software, and troubleshooting methods
-Experience with ticketing systems (Service Now preferred)
-CompTIA, ITIL Foundation, or CCNA certification is preferred
-Strong communication skills and a proactive, solution-oriented mindset
-Ability to provide onsite support in Cluj-Napoca and surrounding areas
