RO: Vand teren situat la 9 km de orasul important Craiova cu deschidere mare de 350 m. la drumul judetean asfaltat 552A (Craiova-Varvorul de Jos-Perisor-Catane) , intre paduri de stejari. Pe acest teren in suprafata totala de teren arabil de 17402 mp. se afla o ferma imprejmuita cu gard din beton pe o suprafata de 1560 mp si un teren intravilan aproximativ 500 mp.
